Join Maureen Walsh for a two part introduction to meditation workshop.
You’ll learn a step by step method along with additional tools and practices
that will help in times of anxiety and stress. You will also take home your
own personal mala that was handmade in India. We will choose one
specifically for what you’re working on in your life at this moment!
