KRIYA + MEDITATION SESSIONS
Are you interested in starting or deepening a meditation practice?
I've been studying yoga + meditation since 2006 and I would love to share my discoveries with you. I lived at a yoga retreat center in India for eight months in 2017/18 and went really deep into the teachings and discovering my true Self.
In these sessions, we will discuss your past and current challenges + patterns and decide what area you would like to focus on. We will set an intention for the session and your future goals. You will be initiated into a meditation practice which will be tailored to meet your specific needs. The goal will be to help you move toward greater freedom in your life. I will follow up with a detailed plan for your practice (which may include meditation, asana, kriya and/or subtle energy healing techniques). I will also give you suggestions and insights that will assist you along the path.
Sessions: 75 minutes (available in person or Skype)
One month package: 4 x 75 minute sessions (one/week)
Three month package: 12 x 75 minute sessions (one/week)
