2019 Goals are alive! This curious, explorative workshop will give you the opportunity to redefine what it means to be YOU. Redesign your world so it feels truthful and create inspiration that will encourage you to live a life beyond your wildest dreams. Join Maureen Walsh, international visionary artist and healthier, and Theory of Me's Jackie McNamara, goal coach and mindful outdoor leader, as they incorporate meditation, art and goal setting into a collaborative 2-hour vision boarding session. Materials will be provided but feel free to bring magazines, photographs and other small objects that inspire you personally!
